Hey Wessick, no man - that is cool :) I've always loved making miniatures / models and sculpting - I'm thinking of getting back into it in the future. Hehe - we've all started with stick figures..I believe it's just the natural progression. Good to hear you keep yourself busy with something creative...always a good thing. c-
Hey Mr.A - indeed things are getting interesting in the LS. Great to see you're still reading.
I primarily build and paint miniatures... I know it is not that cool, but it helps me relax. Conversions can be a pain though, because you have to personalize them.
In regards to drawing... the best I have ever been able to do is drawing the human eye and ear... otherwise it is all stick figures. Probably should have paid more attention in my drawing classes.
oooo Karen, you create? It's show and tell time kids :) I didn't know you drew stuff, that's awesome...and the term "battle scene", makes it even more awesome. Would you like to share in your awesome? What do you create? I'd love to know what the scaper public is up to, when their not getting their week intake of scaperism. c-
I get the emotions thing; I myself make faces pertaining to whatever I'm creating. It's
quite amusing when I find myself glaring daggers at a battle scene I'm drawing. XD
And I agree with Marvel and DC: They're just not what they used to be...
*le sigh* :(
Thanks Ghost of Raron! We aim to please. I think because - I myself get pulled into the page each week, as I draw, the panels form with a fair bit of emotion. I too care about the characters, and constantly put myself in their shoes- which really helps when projecting them onto the page. Plus, I like to listen to GodSmack while doing these types of pages, which fill my head with epic thoughts. Fortunately, there's no leash with Landscaper. I am such a leash, and I suck at my job of leashing. c-
See... this is the kinda stuff Marvel and DC need to get back to. Epic pages that drag the reader kicking and screaming into the roles of the characters. To feel the pain that happens not just get a pretty snap shot.
But fat chance that happening with marvel with disney holding the leash now...

ANYWAYS! WAY TO GO WILDCARD BRING THE PAIN!
Thanks monkey, but keep in mind, that's not all blood from the staple. There was still a bit of blood left on the gun from Ty's slash and smash. Also, Dean was burned on two sides of the face, not so much on the left as the right, but Ty was able to slap one loan staple right in that burn patch. So what you're seeing is the burn patch with staple, plus blood from the staple gun... And a Pumpkin in a peartree.
Haha - So true, Karen. Either that, or folks just had a serious game of hoops the night before...probably for money. Although, the staples scattered about the place, would probably make people stop and wonder. None the less - I'm pretty sure the machete wielding goalie, probably would leave the bodies displayed for all to see....I think that's more his style.
Thy name indeed, wessick. Just one of many to describe our little orange friend. We're currently sitting at 1 all between these two...Although, I do think the headbutt to the face, may have taken a little more wind out of the pumpkins sails....do pumpkins have sails? Maybe I should have said stuffing.. or seeds....ahhh roasted pumpkin seeds....and no, that's not a foreshadowing thing...I just really like them.
Determination...thy name is Ty.
The only way I could like this kid more is if he had enough left in him for more snappy one liners... I do not think I will be disapointed.
Imagine the reaction of the first people to get to the court the next morning. With all the blood on the ground,
they'll be looking for a body and a matchete-carrying ski mask guy!
Oooo..Columbian badassery! We're going global with our badassery - always good to hear. Thanks Sam! Agreed, "Klack" is definitely the right sound...following "Kick" of course. and....um..OUCH! I think Tyler has officially thanked Dean *Scabbie* for the bottle to the back of the head....and then some. Although, Dean seems really pissed now...I guess a staple lodged into that fleshy post burned patch in your face will do that to you. Could sting a bit. Bounce back indeed....and then a return head butt to the face...always pleasant.
