Vector Chaos!

The LS comic now has it's own Youtube channel (ScaperTube). I've currently been playing around with something a little experimental; well for me anyway. Malin of the mighty Zombie Waffe comic, began doing live streams of her page drawinngs of the zw comic - which got me thinking: This might be a cool step in a new direction of interaction with our readers. To some, the creation & development of the comic maybe just as interesting as the comic it's self....although, maybe less fire.

So I've started to test out a few things on the channel, just to kick the tires. There are two video's of me drawing the current teaser page Ignorance is bliss. It's a little shaky &  flickery & iphoney, but it's just a test at this stage. I've since discovered some new tools and ways to better accomplish such things for future vids. We've always wanted to produce some vog videos showing our development of a LS issue. I love watching video's of Jim Lee discussing & drawing comic art.  It's pretty inspirational to me, and maybe  inspirational to any other would be aspirating web coming creators. Either way, this is good peak into the LS garage (for those who may be interested. Ok, onto the news you really care about. We've  set up our official Issue 4 Beer Night. There will be beer-there will be discussions- there will be fights to the death....and *beer*. This is where we of the LS trust get together and go over the up coming LS story. I too will be presenting some visuals, such as Issue 4 cover art and some other cool things as well. This is also where we develop new ideas for the direction of the LS - not only the comic, but site updates and future projects. Anyone who's followed the Scaper from back in the day knows after this night, we are able to define a release date and time for the next issue. Once we're all on the same page, I begin he drawing process....and we all know where that leads to. (nothing good surly.) From here on out, I'll keep you updated on the progression of the issue as much as I can. Keep a look out on the Youtube channel as well, as I'm itching to post some things up there ( which may relate to issue 4) Don't worry, we're cranking away behind the scenes trying to get everything ready for ya. Soon enough, we'll be right back to the weekly page post of all this Scaper. Believe me, I'm eager to get back into it as you are to jump back into the LS pages. Soon... Post your comments/feedback here, and we'll discuss it on the "night." I might even film a little of the "beer night" and post on the ScpaerTube for you to be apart of.
