Haha, thanks Shin. I had a lot fun with this page. As I was drawing the panels it just seemed like the right place to put in the scissors. I thought they fit in well, and mirrored the LS symbol and the reverse hedge clippers… which I thought was a nice touch for the page. Plus, I think it shows that Kira is not a girl to mess with when giving a botched compliment. Great writing on the page

For a dude with a “might be broken” arm, Daniel seems very relaxed. And Kira looks seriously pissed in the 2nd row, 4th panel. I wonder what Daniel will tell Brian too. Great page.
I would say Dan is trying to man-up in front of the pretty nurse. As for Miss North, the girl doesn’t take lightly to being called tight – even though in some ways it’s still a compliment, just delivered poorly. I have a feeling that this girl’s got a temper that hasn’t been displayed yet that will make even the Landscaper
hesitate to shoot some stuff up. AKA: She is SO going to be covered in blood and bashing peoples’ heads in
with a blunt object by the end of this saga.
