Uh, chummy, aren’t you gonna clean up or something before, I dunno, a typical city burgaler pops in and craps himself at the blood you’re leaving all over the place from looking like the result of an action movie star? o_O”
That’s awesome to hear, 3po, I hope we are able to make it worth the wait for you each week. It’s great to hear we have so many loyal readers of the comic.
Haha – so true Karen. You know, you may have just created the best side page ever. Although, I’m not sure there would be much in the way for a burglar to steal, as most of the high market products have already be destroyed in Dan’s apartment by his own hands i.e – Flat screen and cell phone. – However, I would still love to see someone break into Dan’s place in his current state. I would assume that Dan’s lack of cleanliness is pretty much due to being hit in the face with a baseball bat, and then sliced and diced. Also, his reckless self branding will make it quite difficult to receive emergency medical attention with out a good story. Love the action hero line as well. At this stage I think Dan should be barefoot with a 9mm Beretta taped to his upper back with x-mas tape. Great insight as always.
Hey thanks heaps cameron, great to hear you are enjoying the comic as well – and agree with Karen’s request of a good shower, shave, and closing up those gaping holes in both face and shoulder, and maybe running the bed sheets, sweatshirt and possibly Capo through the wash. Believe me when I say… I really wish I was able to post two – or even three times a week, but barring cloning myself and paying my chris 2.0 minimum wadge to draw out the additional pages, this is a pretty difficult task based on major time constraints. Due to this, I’m only able to post one comic page a week. Thanks for being patient with me. I agree with you that a weekly post is much better than making readers guess when I will be posting the next page – which I would never do. Thanks for the great feedback, cameron! I will do my best to keep the pages coming weekly, and to maybe provide Danny with a housekeeper.
I wonder how long that milk has been in there and uh, nice illustration on the milk bottle, cant quite make out what the word underneath says though. Art looks great, love the cat, keep up the good work.
Thanks Sam I know Dan is pretty hard core when it comes to taking on youth gangs, but I’m pretty sure he would keep on eye on the expiry of his milk. I mean come on, everyone needs to have priorities. The text under the photo on the carton says “Reward” – I think the Krillion PD is getting desperate for info on the scaper at this stage – Thanks for the great feedback as always, Sam – great to have you back and reading.
Hey thanks, Kimos. I couldn’t agree with you more. We too feel we can relate to Dan (The LS) a little more than a guy or girl who is hopped up on super powers. I really wanted to create a character that I wanted to see in a comic. A character that I could relate to, and could see myself in their shoes…or boots. I feel It’s a more interesting read, or at least for me, when you can see yourself in the role of the hero – minus the radioactive catalyst. However, this comic seems to have an accelerated healing time for our character, as I feel they would probably be laid up much longer in real life. Ahhh..the beauty of the comic book. I’m really psyched you like the comic. Welcome to the LS world
Nice eye, Kimos – I play as well, and thought it would be a cool little addition to the profile of the character. I’m sure if this vigilante thing doesn’t work out for Dan, he can always make a little cash down at the local pub doing an acoustic gig. c-
God man i read this every Thursday and cant wait till the next
